Community Involvement

Aside from my business, I volunteer in a few ways to support my local community.

To honor friends and family members, I have been a patient volunteer for Hospice of the Valley (HOV), since 2004. HOV is a fantastic organization which depends on a high amount of volunteer hours for its ongoing Medicare funding.

In 2014 I approached the Town of Paradise Valley with the idea of doing a shredding event as a community service. I was directed to the Police Department and we set up what has become a series of semi-annual shredding events to primarily benefit residents of Paradise Valley. More recently, we have added the recycling of used electronics with the help of the good people at AZStRUT. This has been a great partnership with the PVPD and the small army of police volunteers that support the event!

Donations made at the shredding event go to the newly formed Paradise Valley Public Safety Foundation, Inc. noted below

In 2018, I joined the Town’s Advisory Committee on Public Safety (ACOPS) and led an initiative to form a 501(c) (3) charitable foundation to supplement the Town’s budget for public safety needs. We completed this and formed the Paradise Valley Public Safety Foundation, Inc. on which I am serving as the inaugural President. This has nothing to do with my business. If you would like to have more information about the Foundation, contact me directly or send an inquiry through the Paradise Valley Public Safety Foundation website, www.pvpublicsafetyfoundation.org.
